• Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.
• By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. • Satellites will award “€XXX King’s 2025 Entry” tickets or “€XXX King’s 2025 Auto” auto registration entry tickets which can only be used in “King’s Rozvadov” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. The tickets will expire on 31/12/2026. “€XXX King’s 2025 Auto” auto registration entry tickets directly register players to the target event.
• “KING’S ROZVADOV €2,000 Package” tickets will be issued online to package winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. “KING’S ROZVADOV €2,000 Package” online tickets expire on 31/12/2026, however the credit at King’s Resort Rozvadov does not have an expiry date.
• The €1,000 tournament credit and €200 Casino credit can be used at the King’s Resort Rozvadov or at King’s Casino Prague (PobÅ™ežní 1, 186 00 Karlín). The €500 Hotel credit can only be used at the King’s Resort Rozvadov.

Promotional cancellation or variation
We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.

Prohibitions and sanctions
